our applicative typologies cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><br>installations and systems for continuous casting,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><br>installations and systems for hot-working processing,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><br>installations and systems for cold-working processing.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We engineer and we realize therefore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coolant filtering systems for coold rolling mills with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> pure oils, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> stable, instable and matastable emulsified oils.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WET TEMPER rolling mills filtering systems with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> losing coolant, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> recirculating coolant, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> coolant added with detergent.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Cooling systems for WARM ROLL mills. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Static washing systems with high pressure and temperature device. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Descaling systems:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> water means, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> nitrogen means, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> mixed water plus nitrogen means.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mandrel lubricant system for pipe mills:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Piercing mill, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> M.P.M. &amp; P.Q.F., <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Expander.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Antioxidation system for boring billets. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smokes treatments systyems:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dry systems:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> sleeves air filters,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> air-air heat exchangers;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wet systems:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fume washing with venturi tubes and scrubbers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>with: dedusting, deacidification and denitrification processes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>thermal recovery of the heat produced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooling and lubricating systems for hot rolling mills and continuous casting:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> water curtaines, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> fractional cooling, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> graphite compound lubricating systems.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Electrostatic oilers for rolleds, pipes and sections. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transporting, proportioning and mixing powders systems:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> cuttingbags, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> pressingbags, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> elevators, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> weighting devices: machanicals and electronics, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> filters, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> proportioning devices, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> pneumatic transports, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> screw conveyors.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Hydraulic power systems with low viscosity liquids (Soluble oil 95\u00f75) and high pressures until 45 MPa (6.500 psi). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Inert gas control power system for plasma pressing. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the field of the steel industry W.M.T. has developed a series of systems able to solve the problematic for the production of metals and alloys, from the fusion to the casting, from the plastic deformation to the surface treatment;
