il nome del file \u00e8 WMT_Hydrocyclone_DN300_3D.png\" style=\"width:186px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p id=\"block-93cc7705-3a82-4a3e-8f26-511908f119a3\"><strong>Cyclones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cyclones industriels sont des s\u00e9parateurs statiques qui, en fonction des diff\u00e9rences de densit\u00e9, s\u00e9parent les diff\u00e9rents composants pr\u00e9sents dans un corps fluide diphasique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-64860270-d467-4443-b63e-19cae9220d7c\"><strong>Hydrocyclones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement aux cyclones secs ou \u00e0 poudre, qui s\u00e9parent les solides ou liquides des gaz, les hydrocyclones s\u00e9parent les solides ou fluides de nature diff\u00e9rente contenus dans le fluide \u00e0 traiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-70e3c5b8-743a-4f47-9297-591d1df2c4b5\"><strong>Composants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un hydrocyclone comprend une partie d&#8217;alimentation de forme cylindrique \u00e0v alimentation tangentielle; une sortie a d\u00e9bordement avec g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de vortex; une partie conique avec un embout de d\u00e9chet ou d&#8217;\u00e9vacuation s\u00e9par\u00e9 et \u00e9ventuellement une partie de collecte pour cette derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"218\" height=\"515\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wmt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/WMT_Hydrocyclones_diagram_FR.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3305\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.wmt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/WMT_Hydrocyclones_diagram_FR.png 218w, http:\/\/www.wmt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/WMT_Hydrocyclones_diagram_FR-127x300.png 127w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 218px) 100vw, 218px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p id=\"block-e79be682-91e1-47bb-8e69-505af2853d81\"><strong>Principe de fonctionnement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le produit est introduit tangentiellement dans l&#8217;hydrocyclone \u00e0 une pression et une vitesse donn\u00e9es par le syst\u00e8me d&#8217;alimentation.<br>L&#8217;introduction de la phase fluide cr\u00e9e un mouvement centrifuge poussant le composant le plus lourd vers l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur et vers le bas le long de la paroi de la partie conique.<br>Le diam\u00e8tre d\u00e9croissant dans la partie conique augmente la vitesse et am\u00e9liore donc la s\u00e9paration entre les composants souhait\u00e9s.<br>Enfin, la partie concentr\u00e9e ayant la densit\u00e9 la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e est \u00e9vacu\u00e9e par la pointe de d\u00e9charge.<br>Le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de vortex dans la partie de sortie g\u00e9n\u00e8re un mouvement en spirale ascendant \u00e0 rotation rapide du fluide au centre du bo\u00eetier de forme conique.<br>Le fluide de plus faible densit\u00e9 est \u00e9vacu\u00e9, s\u00e9par\u00e9, par la sortie de trop-plein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-4160735b-e7d6-46c5-9db7-8fa2f34e3be5\"><strong>Param\u00e8tres des cyclones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-17a35128-eb25-4ba6-b2cb-d64e8fabfb6d\">Les param\u00e8tres suivants sont d\u00e9terminants pour le bon fonctionnement du cyclone:<br>&#8211; la conception,<br>&#8211; la diff\u00e9rence de poids sp\u00e9cifique entre les deux phases du produit \u00e0 s\u00e9parer,<br>&#8211; la forme du produit \u00e0 s\u00e9parer,<br>&#8211; la vitesse d&#8217;avancement du fluide,<br>&#8211;
