{"id":3849,"date":"2025-03-06T11:37:21","date_gmt":"2025-03-06T10:37:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wmt.it\/?page_id=3849"},"modified":"2025-03-06T16:21:06","modified_gmt":"2025-03-06T15:21:06","slug":"separateurs-biphases-et-triphases-c-p-i-intercepteur-a-plaques-ondule","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.wmt.it\/index.php\/fr\/separateurs-biphases-et-triphases-c-p-i-intercepteur-a-plaques-ondule\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u00e9parateurs biphas\u00e9s et triphas\u00e9s, Intercepteur a plaques ondul\u00e9 &#8211; C.P.I."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><br>INTERCEPTEUR A PLAQUES ONDUL\u00c9 &#8211; C.P.I.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le s\u00e9parateur \u00e0 paquets lamellaires, ci-apr\u00e8s d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 C.P.I., est un dispositif destin\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u00e9parer les particules non miscibles contenues dans un corps fluide lorsque celles-ci ont un poids sp\u00e9cifique diff\u00e9rent par rapport au corps fluide lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une telle \u00e9ventualit\u00e9, les corps fluides multiphasique: solide-liquide, liquide-liquide, peuvent \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9s m\u00e9caniquement par la force de gravit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;effet naturel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de s\u00e9dimentation, dans le cas o\u00f9 les particules pr\u00e9sentes ont une densit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du corps fluide, dans ce cas le C.P.I. il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9canteur statique;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de flottation, dans le cas o\u00f9 les particules pr\u00e9sentes ont une densit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du corps fluide, dans ce cas le C.P.I. est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un v\u00e9ritable dispositif de flottaison statique tel qu&#8217;un s\u00e9parateur d&#8217;huile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"656\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wmt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/cpi-3d-700x656.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3782\" style=\"width:280px;height:auto\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.wmt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/cpi-3d-700x656.png 700w, http:\/\/www.wmt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/cpi-3d-300x281.png 300w, http:\/\/www.wmt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/cpi-3d-768x720.png 768w, http:\/\/www.wmt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/cpi-3d.png 951w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>FONCTIONNEMENT DU S\u00c9PARATEUR A PLAQUES ONDUL\u00c9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La haute efficacit\u00e9 du C.P.I. est garantie par l&#8217;utilisation de lamelles ondul\u00e9es \u00e0 plans parall\u00e8les et \u00e0 canaux collecteurs ind\u00e9pendants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette configuration, les particules immiscibles n&#8217;ont plus besoin de remonter \u00e0 la surface du r\u00e9servoir ni de couler au fond comme cela se produit dans les s\u00e9parateurs classiques des bassins de flottation ou de d\u00e9cantation. Avec cette configuration, chaque particule immiscible n&#8217;a \u00e0 parcourir que la courte distance entre les lamelles ondul\u00e9es formant les deux plans adjacents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;inclinaison des lamelles par rapport \u00e0 la veine du fluide assure une meilleure collecte et favorise le d\u00e9marrage des particules polluantes d\u00e9j\u00e0 s\u00e9par\u00e9es du corps du fluide. <br>Enfin, les canaux collecteurs positionn\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;entr\u00e9e et \u00e0 la sortie du paquet lamellaire collectent les substances s\u00e9par\u00e9es sans rencontrer d&#8217;obstacles et sans subir de turbulences suppl\u00e9mentaires provoqu\u00e9es par l&#8217;\u00e9coulement du corps fluide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"block-6e4803d7-50ba-402f-ae64-e0a0ed43405e\"><strong>TRAJET DU CORPS FLUIDIQUE DANS LE S\u00c9PARATEUR \u00c0 PACK LAMELLAIRE C.P.I. AVEC LA FONCTION DU S\u00c9DIMENTATEUR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"block-b3e49499-29b7-4d09-ad84-13593169f202\"><strong>TRAJET &#8220;A&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wmt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/cpi-percorsi-700x549.png\" alt=\"Questa immagine ha l'attributo alt vuoto; il nome del file \u00e8 cpi-percorsi-700x549.png\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p id=\"block-c553210f-b623-410c-898c-03d3238763c3\">Lors de l&#8217;\u00e9puration du corps fluide contamin\u00e9 par des particules de densit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du corps fluide, le flux s&#8217;\u00e9coule dans le paquet lamellaire de bas en haut ; les particules solides s&#8217;accumulent sur les surfaces sup\u00e9rieures des lames ondul\u00e9es et s&#8217;\u00e9coulent \u00e0 contre-courant vers les canaux collecteurs inf\u00e9rieurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;inclinaison de 45\u00b0 du pack; une fois collect\u00e9es par ces derniers, elles tombent ensuite au fond du r\u00e9servoir ou dans la tr\u00e9mie \u00e0 boues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"block-92b945eb-21cb-4b61-b36e-58415b4efe80\"><strong>TRAJET DU CORPS FLUIDIQUE DANS LE S\u00c9PARATEUR \u00c0 PACK LAMELLAIRE C.P.I. AVEC LA FONCTION DE FLOTTAISON.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"block-96e85792-920a-423f-bacb-41bd5fe2cd51\"><strong>TRAJET &#8220;B&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-41728861-eb68-4939-94b4-cb136ceef0d0\">Le corps fluide p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le pack lamellaire par le haut: le pack pr\u00e9sente une inclinaison de 45\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-187a008d-6bd9-4380-961d-a5e5e9d67e89\">L&#8217;\u00e9coulement entre les plans lamellaires est laminaire, dans leur mouvement ascendant les particules contenues dans le corps fluide avec un poids sp\u00e9cifique inf\u00e9rieur au corps fluide lui-m\u00eame montent \u00e0 contre-courant de l&#8217;\u00e9coulement sans rencontrer d&#8217;obstacles jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles atteignent la partie inf\u00e9rieure de la lamelle au-dessus; Il en r\u00e9sulte des rendements extraordinairement \u00e9lev\u00e9s avec un potentiel consid\u00e9rable dans un espace minimum.<br>Faibles co\u00fbts d&#8217;exploitation.<br>Pratiquement aucun
