CONTINUOUS<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\nIn industrial filtration processes and in the parameters of filters for liquids, we often worry about the size of the particles, present in the filtered process liquid, above a certain required value, without posing the problems: nor of the quantity of these particles, nor of the quantity and size of the particles lower than this threshold value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therefore, speaking of filtering degree, referring only to the particle size of the solid particle present in an industrial process fluid, it does not make sense if the required value is not associated with the maximum allowable quantity for each different class of particle size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The performance of a filter should be identified by two measurement units for example: 20 \u03bcm with 250 p.p.m. of suspended solids contained in the filtered liquid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
W.M.T. has developed a research, in recent years, aimed at the study and classification of industrial filtration processes according to the main mechanical processes, both removal and deformation of material, therefore referring to processes of: machining of machine tools, lamination or drawing; aimed at defining the associated filtering classes: the processing, the type of filter to be used for the processing, and the maximum solid particulate allowed for each class in order to guarantee the highest quality in the manufacturing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
